How do I know which weight loss plan is right for me?

Weight loss plan varies for individuals. The  one that supports your physical and mental wellness, lifestyle, and fitness goals while helping you keep the weight off long term is preferable. We have designed tools to assist you and your clinician in choosing the best option(s).

What are GLP1 s and how do they work?

GLP-1s, medication like Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, are designed to help manage Type 2 diabetes and support weight loss, they work in slightly different ways and  have unique results.

Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist, which means it mimics the GLP-1 hormone to improve insulin release, slow digestion and reduce appetite. Tirzepatide on the other hand, is a dual-agonist, acting on both GLP-1 and GIP (glucose-dependent insulinotropic  polypeptide) receptors. GIP is a hormone released from the small intestine  after eating. It helps the pancreas make insulin when blood sugar rises and  also plays a role in how body stores fat. This dual action appears to provide  even greater effects on weight loss .
